BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME, YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.
I will work under the assumption that you have read my T.O.S.
I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
I reserve the right to modify and post all commissions for advertising purposes
My artwork and commissions, no matter what, MAY NOT be used as NFTs or fed to AI software

a half payment (50%) at the time I accept your commission must be paid before I begin working. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full before i continue working and finish up your requestPlease do not send payment before I accept your request and send you a quoteI accept payment through Cash App and Paypal
Refunds
I obtain the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of serviceRefunds are available until work has begun. If I have begun working on a commission and you decide to terminate the job, any payment made at that point is not expected to be refundedIn the rare event that I am not able to finish a commission for any reason outside of my control, I will refund partial or full payment depending on where I am in the processDo not issue a chargeback

Process
Please allow for 3 weeks for me to return your finished commissions.If there are any significant delays, i will inform you so we can come to a solutionUpon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for review to approve or make revisions.
After the sketch is approved (and revised, if applicable) and payment is submitted, I'll finish the commission. At this point, refunds may not be requested unless issued by me
Once I am finished, i will send one final check for you review. When approved, i will send the final full size unwatermarked .png

I own all rights to the work. Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited.I am allowed to post on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio.Artwork may be used as profile pictures/banners, but may not be used for profit. Please contact me via email for commercial works; there will be additional fees for commercial rights.

- Art is for personal use only, you may not use my art commercially (making money off it by any means)
- Feeding my art to any AI software
- Taking credit for my artwork / claiming as your own
- Removing or purposefully cropping out my watermarks/signature
- Editing/altering the artwork itself (without my permission first)
